Cindy Sheehan

Ok so the press is all over covering Cindy Sheehan out trying to get a meeting with President Bush. What they won't tell you is she has ALREADY met with him and before she was being used as a propaganda tool by the dumbascraps she had nice things to say about him.
Here are parts of the article from The Reporter her local newspaper on June 24 2004
Since learning in April that their son, Army Spc. Casey Sheehan, had been killed in Iraq, life has been everything but normal for the Sheehan family of Vacaville. Casey's parents, Cindy and Patrick, as well as their three children, have attended event after event honoring the soldier both locally and abroad, received countless letters of support and fielded questions from reporters across the country.

But none of that prepared the family for the message left on their answering machine last week, inviting them to have a face-to-face meeting with President George W. Bush at Fort Lewis near Seattle.

"We haven't been happy with the way the war has been handled," Cindy said. "The president has changed his reasons for being over there every time a reason is proven false or an objective reached."
The 10 minutes of face time with the president could have given the family a chance to vent their frustrations or ask Bush some of the difficult questions they have been asking themselves, such as whether Casey's sacrifice would make the world a safer place.
But in the end, the family decided against such talk, deferring to how they believed Casey would have wanted them to act. In addition, Pat noted that Bush wasn't stumping for votes or trying to gain a political edge for the upcoming election.
"We have a lot of respect for the office of the president, and I have a new respect for him because he was sincere and he didn't have to take the time to meet with us," Pat said.
Sincerity was something Cindy had hoped to find in the meeting. Shortly after Casey died, Bush sent the family a form letter expressing his condolences, and Cindy said she felt it was an impersonal gesture.
"I now know he's sincere about wanting freedom for the Iraqis," Cindy said after their meeting. "I know he's sorry and feels some pain for our loss. And I know he's a man of faith."
The meeting didn't last long, but in their time with Bush, Cindy spoke about Casey and asked the president to make her son's sacrifice count for something. They also spoke of their faith.

"It's hard to lose a son," she said. "But we (all) lost a son in the Iraqi war."
The trip had one benefit that none of the Sheehans expected.
For a moment, life returned to the way it was before Casey died. They laughed, joked and bickered playfully as they briefly toured Seattle.
For the first time in 11 weeks, they felt whole again.
"That was the gift the President gave us, the gift of happiness, of being together," Cindy said.

Now this was before she was gotten a hold of by the dumbascrap propaganda machine and George Soros.
Of course it is terrible her son was killed by a terrorist while fighting for freedom for Iraqis but the armed services is 100% voluntary. No one is drafting or forcing anyone to join up. Maybe somewhere the mainstream media will actually do a little bit of fact checking before they show a poor mother out in the heat of Crawford texas with 50 people some of whome were just dying to get arrested for more fuel to the propaganda machine. One can hope but I very seriously doubt it. Someone from the press might want to do some checking on where this woman is getting her funding and why the change of heart. Nah that would require real unbiased journalism and we know that does not exist nowadays.

Hey I seen your comments on Rosie's blog and I checked out what you said and it is true. I still think the war sucks but I guess it was needed. I hate that everyone just believes the media. I totally believed Rosie but now I have my doubts about what she says. Thanks for opening my eyes.

Good post Mr. Marco. I had seen the media coverage, but they made no mention of a previous meeting. Typical media bullshit. Distorted facts and half truths.

Why do you have to be such an ASSHOLE?

Your comments about Cancer and lies are so mean spirited, it's pathetic.

We all know you are only going to Rosie's site to attrack people to your site. Otherwise it would be just another day when no one listens to you.

Karma is a Mac Truck, Mac!

Oh wow a brave anonymous poster. The comments about cancer and lies are what your idol ro ro said about one of her co workers. So why dont you get your nose out of her ass and give her hell for it???? Yes I do go to ro ro's site to "attrack" people to my site except I can spell attract. You go to ro ro site so you know what your next thought will be. Sad sad sad. Run along little anonymous poster and keep sucking that ro ro ass.

First of all, get YOUR facts straight, Rosie made a joke about telling lies and getting cancer. Never did she say she believed it. Second, ok, so you had information about this particular case in the media which we did not have. Are you saying that everyone is responsible to look up everything that they read everywhere to make sure that the fact checkers have gotten it right? Sorry wouldn't have time for a job, but I suppose the reason you have time is because you are a worthless loser who only has time to spew hate and say nasty things about kind, giving and talented people like Rosie O'Donnell who has a blog not to spread nasty, spiteful filth but to spread joy and love. I think you desperately need a hug.

An independent thinker who finds precious gems of truth in Rosie's blog.

LOL "Susan" where do I begin with such an avid lemming of ro ro's. First of all you tell me to get my facts straight yet just a few lines later you say that people dont have time to look things up about what they read. Interesting logic there Susan. Ever try thinking for yourself? Your kind giving ro ro spews hatred everyday for President Bush and thats OK huh cause you march lockstep to everything she says. Once again Susan think for yourself. Hardly an independent thinker there Suzie q. Try again hon.
Oh and Suzie q making a joke about someone getting cancer because they lie is hardly funny, but I suppose you think its ok because it comes from your lemming leader. Sad and pathetic there Susan.

Take care!!

BennettMarco,

I chose Anonymous because I have no interest in joining this site.

I also posted my response to you on Rosie's Blog, I am not trying to hide!

And yep, you got me, I combined attract and attack. Did it ever occur to you that it was on purpose?

Right, wrong, or indifferent... We are referring to Rosie's Blog and you are there DAILY, why?

Isn't that the million dollar question?

Why are you on Rosie's site????

No need to wait, I will answer it...

Without Rosie, you and your blog would remain in oblivion where you belong.

As for the history of the cancer comments,I know exactly what Rosie said and when she said it.

Your use of it, is a low blow.

The hate you spew makes me think you were abused.

Crazy Janie- Thank you for the compliments but I must take you to task for calling ro ro those names. There are enough valid things to make fun of her for, her weight or sexuality should not be one of them ok?

Gel- Your idol ro ro is full hate so don't judge.

Tobie2- Oh wow you posted your response to me on ro ro's site how brave to post it where your fellow lemmings will lap it up. Sorry to let you down but I don't read the messages on her site I only leave mine. Right you MEANT to misspell attract uh huh nice try. I dont go to ro ro's site daily but I do go there often for the sheer comedy of it. My use of repeating ro ro's cancer comment is a low blow but hers of actually saying it to someone who had cancer wasnt???? Wow interesting set of values there. Yikes you ARE scary. Now why is it you dumbascraps wish that I was abused??? Would that somehow validate your point? I just dont understand that logic or lack thereof. Odd and scary all rolled up into one.

Toni- Excellent post my friend. The world would be a sucky place is everyone agreed on everything.Thank you for the compliments and I welcome you and your comments... oh and dont worry I wont get after you for your spelling or punctuation. I rarely do that but when some dimwit like Tobie comes on it is hard to resist.

non-anonymous susan, You will now be called robot1,and tobie2 can now be robot2.
Most of us normal people visit rosie's site to get our daily dose of stupidity, in the form of 200-300 mindless commenters, who send well wishes and accolades to someone who they don't know, will never meet, and who probably doesn't give a rat's ass about. And for this you will be rewarded with a chance to buy a coffee mug with her god-like image on it, from her new swag shop, probably at an astronomical price.
Stick with the rest of the lemmings, and robots and run back to the sea of rosie.
I don't want to throw your fragile planet out of orbit, but I do feel the need to tell you that some of us here on planet earth, are quite capable of thinking for ourselves and
resent your negativity on Mr.marco's site.
Crazy janie!! I love that name. Are you really crazy?

WOW!!
full of mixed feelings here.
I agree that ro's blog is full (not all) of asskissers but there r some real people with real thoughts on there. Yes, her paintings disturb me...I admit tho that Im not an art expert...In my oppinion Her acting and humor r her best art. I aplaud her attempts at honesty & her right to state her oppinions....just as i do urs. I love the glimpses I get of her life & family....but that doesnt mean that Im her lapdog. I too think the overall picture of our Government is shady ...to say the least....Yes I too think that ro's a bit over the top about that...but most people that believe with the heart r over the top. U should be happy...at least she responded to ur blogs...lol
I wish I had ur ability for quick whitted respones...Mercy! u have great comebacks!...even tho most r mean spirited...almost bullyish.
I will continue to read both urs & ro's blog...for entertainment...Ill take what I want & leave the rest.
and....
before u chop my post up I know I cant spell & punctuation bores me...either way...i get my points across...after all...I am what I am

I too believe there are 2 sides to every story. Not Republican and Democrat, but 2 real sides. Real sides that we as americans will either never know or don't want to know. That would require us to actually use our minds and dig deep and not just believe what we are told. everything that R posts on her blog, I go back and google and read between the grays to find what is the truth for me. I like what you said about the armed forces being "voluntary". It is sad that soldiers are dying. But we forget, that noone forced them to join. Men and women have joined up everyday for decades, they just didn't think we would actually ever be in a war. I'll keep visiting here to see your insight on things. opinions are great and everyone has one.

Not a lemming just someone that supports our freedom of speech and thought and most of all those that serve. Being fodder for political gain and posturing is not a worthy cause. We did not go and help those in Samalia until after the situation became uncontrollable and we pulled out. Was there not a promise made that no more troops would be sent in the last adress then why are there deployments still going on?
You have your opinions I have mine Calling me names does not help me to see your side.
If you want to open other's mind you should first start with your own.
Most of the information we recieve nowadays is one sided depending on the publication or venue's political leanings are there any media outlets anymore that present UNBIASED information anymore?
We have to be willing to learn from each other and rememebr that opinions are like (well you know) we all have one.

This is Hilarious! I have seen you post responses to messages on Rosie's site.
Don't make me go get them!

(BennettMarco Right you MEANT to misspell attract uh huh nice try.)

Tobie2
"Nice Try?" Funny, you should know what I meant to do, rather than me?

Ok, let's go with often.

Actually, two wrongs don't make a right. Or haven't you learned that yet?

( BennettMarco
Wow interesting set of values there. Yikes you ARE scary.)

Tobie2
I agree, you do have an interesting set of values. You attack her for saying it, by saying it to her.
Teenage, at best.

What's next Neener Neener?

(BennettMarco Now why is it you dumbascraps wish that I was abused??? Would that somehow validate your point? I just dont understand that logic or lack thereof. Odd and scary all rolled up into one.)

Tobie2
Actually, it is in an effort to understand why anyone would do the things you have been doing.

Fairly text book, really.

Just My 2 Cents-Good for you we need more people like you. Its always good to do your own research and think for yourself instead of taking the lazy way out like Tobie. That person just goes on ro ro's site to find out how to think and that is just pathetic. Thanks for reading!

hollie the mom= Sadly you are correct about there not being unbiased news anymore. People have got to start thinking and digging deeper than some celeb website or network news. At least now people are actually admitting that news is slanted and biased they would never do that before.

Tobie2= LOL you know you just will never get it will you? Come out from ro ro's ass and start doing your OWN thinking don't parrot what she says. Heres a little advice for you, you are not going to be her friend she is not going to invite you down to Florida she is not your friend. You have got to learn to accept that and start thinking for yourself. Going to her site to find out how to think is just plain lazy. Get out! Think! Remember ro ro is not going to be your friend once you grasp that concept perhaps you can actually start forming your own thoughts. Although I think you may be too far gone!!! Thanks for spending all that time and energy on me though, are you gonna be my stalker too?

Marco it sounds like you have some lemmings of your own. Is BadgerBob one of your other blog aliases, or is he truly just another wacko lemming who agrees with everything you say.

You hate that on Rosie's site, yet you don't mind having it on your blog. That's being a hypocrite.

Explain yourself!

At 8:10 PM, Blogger BennettMarco said...

Mister: I seriously doubt Badger Bob agrees with everything I say, nor would I want him to. Your idol ro ro on the other hand wishes everyone agreed with her view. I do not. Get the difference? As you can see I allow differing points of view on my blog.If you read the people who post here blogs you will see they do not come here for their next thought on some issue. The people on your beloved idols ro ro site do. Get the difference? I do not hate that people agree with your idol ro ro on issues what I do not like is the fact that they parrot her inane nonsense. They want so much for her to be their friend they will type like her and parrot her lame sayings. I am sorry to break it to you like about your idol, but it is time to grow up and think for yourself. Come on you CAN do it!!!

Hey Marco, I agree with your sentiments about Cindy Sheehan, Rosie's blog, and the lemmings that blindly follow her lead, even though she doesn't substantiate her facts and uses inflammatory statements. She never goes back and corrects her misinformation, nor does she every answer for her statements.

I made a statement to that effect at 6:01 on her latest post.

Keep up the good work.
